What we do
We rent furnished apartments to people who come to Central Germany to work: assembly teams building a plant in the chemical triangle, trade businesses with a contract running several weeks, project managers commuting between two sites. Students on placement semesters and people bridging a move stay with us too.
Every apartment is fully equipped — kitchen with cookware, washing machine, Wi-Fi, smart TV, bed linen and towels. Check-in works with a key safe and a numeric code, so you can arrive at two in the morning or on a Sunday without anyone waiting for you.
Why single beds matter
The single-bed guarantee is the rule here, not an extra you pay for. Someone who has to share a double bed with a colleague after a ten-hour shift sleeps badly and works accordingly the next day. So we allocate single beds throughout, even when that means an apartment holds fewer people.
Locations and prices
Two figures matter, and they mean different things: the per-person rate is what companies calculate with when a team shares an apartment. The whole-unit rate is what you pay if you book an apartment for yourself.

Minimum stay four nights. From 30 nights we switch to long-stay rates — ask before you book, the nightly rate drops noticeably.
Booking and invoicing
Companies receive an invoice with VAT shown separately, collected monthly for all employees on request. For recurring assignments we agree framework terms. We answer enquiries within two hours on working days — usually in person, not from a ticket system.
German registration form (Meldeschein). German law requires every guest in paid accommodation to complete a registration form. We send it before arrival; the door code follows once it comes back. Please plan for this — without the form we cannot hand over the keys.
