If the site sits between cities, we plan the split so the team stays together and the daily drive stays short. Halle is by far our largest location — that is where short-notice requests have the best chance, and where a whole team can share one building.
Two things worth knowing
Accommodation tax
Leipzig and Halle levy an accommodation tax on overnight stays. Business trips are exempt — provided you supply an employer's confirmation that the stay is work-related. We ask for it with the booking; it saves your people the charge.
Registration form
German law requires every guest to complete a registration form (Meldeschein). We send it ahead of arrival and release the door code once it is returned. Handing over keys without it is not permitted.
