Where you stay
Our Leipzig units sit in three parts of the city that work well for assignments. The loft with roof terrace is in the centre, under ten minutes from the market square — the quietest and most expensive option, better suited to project leads and longer stays than to a six-person assembly crew.
Leipzig-Nord on Georg-Schumann-Strasse puts you on one of the main routes north: the central station is minutes away, and the trade fair grounds and the BMW plant are a straightforward run up the B2. Alt-Lindenau on Lützner Strasse is the western alternative, with quick access to the B87 and the motorway junction.
Driving and parking
Leipzig is manageable with vans and works vehicles as long as you avoid the inner ring. Coming off the A14 you reach the north and Alt-Lindenau without crossing the centre; the A9 connects from the west.
The inner city is a low-emission zone — you need a green environmental badge, otherwise you will not get a van to the door. Some of our apartments have their own parking space, among them the central one and Alt-Lindenau. If you arrive with several vehicles, say so when you enquire and we will allocate accordingly.
Leipzig or nearby?
Leipzig is our smallest location — 5 units, and during trade fair weeks they go early. If your site is north or north-east, Delitzsch is often the better choice: 25 kilometres out, directly on the A14, quieter and usually available. For sites to the south or west, Halle and Merseburg come into play.
Send us the site address and the head count rather than comparing five pages. We will suggest the split with the shortest daily drive.
