Two neighbourhoods, two purposes
Our units in Halle sit in two parts of the city. Most are in the northern inner city around the Lutherviertel and Schlosserstrasse — tram at the door, central station and university a few minutes away, shops and places to eat in the evening.
Halle-Neustadt in the west has the larger apartments at generally lower rates, and from there you reach the arterial roads west and south without crossing the centre. If you start early and the site is out of town, Neustadt suits better; if you want something from your evening, the inner city does.
Our largest location
Halle is by far our biggest site, with 15 units. That changes planning in two ways: short-notice requests have the best chance of success here, and larger teams can be housed in one place instead of being spread across three cities.
With shift work that matters — one car pool instead of three, one meeting point in the morning instead of a chain of messages. Tell us the head count and we will check first whether everyone fits into one building.
Who stays here
Guests in Halle come from three directions. Technical and maintenance staff for the university hospital and the medical technology sector. Assembly and project teams for the chemical sites south of the city — Leuna, Schkopau and the wider Central German chemical triangle, for which Halle offers far more accommodation than the small towns next to the plants.
And visitors to Martin Luther University: guest lecturers, doctoral researchers and students on placement semesters looking for something furnished for six months.
Getting here
By car, Halle is reached via the A14 from Leipzig and Magdeburg, the A9 from north and south, and the A143 in the west, which connects directly to Neustadt.
Arriving by train, the inner-city location is the more convenient one: the central station is an ICE stop, and trams run to both neighbourhoods. Please ask about parking specifically — it differs from building to building, and if you arrive with several company vehicles we plan the allocation around that.
